Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and functional
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Monitor guest behavior and manage any issues responsibly to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in an outdoor or patio setting
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Valid bartending license or certification as per local regulations
