What You'll Do: Develop and lead purposeful, meaningful activities that celebrate residents' individuality. Collaborate with the team to create a monthly calendar full of opportunities for connection and joy. Organize local trips and community events -- from scenic drives to shopping adventures. Build relationships with local organizations to bring resources and entertainment into our community. Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine care to everything you do. What You'll Bring: 1 year experience working with seniors or in activity programs. Memory care experience preferred. Positive attitude and plenty of energy.
