What You'll Do: Oversee the Assisted Living Department and ensure our residents receive the best care possible. Conduct health assessments and create personalized service plans for residents. Coordinate healthcare services with providers, families, and team members. Lead, support, and mentor a team of compassionate care professionals. Maintain staffing guidelines to ensure seamless service and top-tier care. What You'll Bring: 2 years' experience working in geriatric care. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field. Active nursing credentials are required. Previous management experience is required. A passion for leadership and making a real impact.
