  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements
  • Conduct insurance audits and monitor outstanding authorizations
  • Lead regular administrative meetings; report directly to the Vice President
  • Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and quality control systems
  • Work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in leadership strategy meetings and present improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 years of medical office management or multi-site healthcare operations experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of insurance billing, authorizations, and healthcare compliance
  • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (required)

  • Understanding of ICD-10, HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Analytical, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop staff, and maintain accountability

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing, patient engagement, or social media management
  • Process-improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar experience a plus)
