- Greet customers immediately and set the tone for a fast, friendly experience
- Write accurate repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tires, batteries, light repairs)
- Confidently recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance
- Manage multiple vehicles at once while keeping wait times low
- Communicate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
- Close repair orders cleanly and accurately
