We are hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) sales consultant at Leif Johnson Ford of Manor — Austin metro east side, off Hwy 290.
About the opportunity.
The east-Austin and Manor corridor is heavily Hispanic and growing. We need a bilingual floor seat: someone who can greet, qualify, demo, test drive, and write up a deal in Spanish without a handoff.
What the role looks like.
Full-cycle automotive sales: greet, qualify, demo, test drive, desk the deal. We use VinSolutions for CRM and Covideo for personalized customer video. We will train you on every tool.

Who we are looking for:
• Conversational Spanish — for phone, floor, and finance conversations
• Strong English for system entry, paperwork, and desk hand-offs
• Sales experience is a plus but not required — we hire and grow people from outside the industry
• Clean driver's license, willing to demo every up, comfortable with technology
• Reliable schedule, professional presence
