What This Job Actually Is

You're the person someone trusts when they're about to make one of the biggest purchases of their year. A family finding their first new truck. A first-time buyer who's nervous and needs someone patient. A business owner expanding their fleet. You'll guide every one of them through a purchase experience they'll brag about to their friends.

What You'll Do

• Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor, online, and over the phone
• Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake
• Stay sharp on Ford's product lineup, current incentives, and what's moving on our lot
• Use our CRM tools to follow up, stay organized, and grow your personal book of business
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with the support of a coaching-focused management team
• Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to — on purpose

What You Bring
