The Civil Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cargo Logistics Analyst to work in our Webster, TX location. This position supports NASA in the Cargo Mission Contract’s team by managing integrated logistics support across the Gateway Program. The Cargo Logistics Analyst will coordinate integration of lifecycle logistics by defining objectives, creating plans and timelines, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring overall success of logistics analysis and manifest across Artemis Programs. The Analyst will develop and implement processes and tools to identify, mitigate, and report logistics and manifest risks to the NASA Programs.

Pay Range
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform cargo assessments for special studies
- Complete assessments on logistics impacts due to changes in vehicle capabilities
- Review Moon 2 Mars and Gateway Change Requests
- Develop/refine logistics coordination process and documentation
- Collect, analyze, and integrate Artemis Program’s logistics/cargo data supporting the Moon 2 Mars and Gateway programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on logistics/cargo requirements
- Create preliminary manifests for future Artemis missions, providing feedback and recommendations to shareholders and decision makers
- Implement tactical manifests for each Artemis mission
- Develop innovative strategies to remove roadblocks for efficient logistics and infrastructure management
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years' relevant experience or Master’s degree with at least 2 years' relevant experience
- Organized, proactive, and communicates clearly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with NASA processes
- Project Management knowledge and/or experience
