Pay Range
Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect components, soldering and assembled mechanical parts.
- Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions.
- Perform Internal AS9100 audits.
- Write Non-conformance and start investigation to root cause.
- Candidate must possess a High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control.
- Candidate must have working knowledge of IPC-a-610 and IPC-J-STD-001
- Candidate must have experience working with non-conforming material, performing failure analysis, identifying root cause and implementing corrective action.
- Must have experience reviewing work instructions for accuracy and completeness and implementing QMS documentation associated with AS9100.
- Candidate must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
- The position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Candidates must be a resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to the area.
- Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance
- Candidate must be willing to work 3nd shift
- Candidate must be willing to work overtime on an as needed basis
- Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Prefer knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum
