Previous bill payment and office experience is a plus.DutiesRespond to inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients or promote services.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for data entry and documentation.Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls effectively.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve client issues.Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.RequirementsPrevious call center experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with computer systems.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
