capital positioning,

Financial Requirement
A core requirement of this role is a direct pre-seed financial contribution to Lei A While LLC.
This is a capital-contributing role. It is intended for someone who is willing to support the company materially in its early stage and align that support with longer-term company growth.
Compensation and Equity Structure
This is a future equity stake role, not a salary-first role.
The partner’s financial contribution does not grant automatic unrestricted ownership. Any future equity participation would be:
limited to Lei A While LLC only,
subject to clearly defined scope,
structured through founder-approved terms,
and tied to both financial contribution and strategic value creation.

Core Responsibilities
The Founding Strategic Partner will:
Make an agreed-upon pre-seed financial contribution to support the company’s early-stage buildout and readiness.
Support strategic growth through relationship-building, qualified introductions, and business development support.
Help identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across industry, government, enterprise, and mission-aligned sectors.
Support commercialization strategy, including pathway development, pilot opportunities, market entry planning, and external positioning.
Contribute high-level strategic input on company growth, opportunity structure, and execution priorities.
Help strengthen the company’s external posture with lenders, strategic partners, and future stakeholders.

This role does not include: ownership of the founder’s core theory or full originating research,
