- Manage front desk operations including filing and scanning of medical documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards while providing excellent patient service.
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical office administrative support role; clinic or dental office experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of EMR/EHR systems.
