Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service at the library circulation desk
- Assist students, faculty, and community members with library inquiries and needs
- Manage library materials including check-out, check-in, and inventory processes
- Maintain organized and welcoming library environment for all patrons
- Support daily circulation operations and administrative tasks
- Handle patron accounts, renewals, and overdue materials
- Collaborate with library staff to ensure smooth operations
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree in Library Sciences preferred
- 0-1 years of related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn library software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
