  • Oversees graphic design and multimedia content creation across print, digital, email, and billboard platforms to support athletics branding, venue imaging, donor recognition, and promotional materials that positively impact ticket sales and fundraising.
  • Coordinates closely with Ticket Services, Sports Communications, University Communications, and campus/community stakeholders to market all athletics events while ensuring strict compliance with NCAA and Patriot League regulations and completing required administrative reports.

  • Directly supervises and executes game-day entertainment and promotions for the four ticket-selling sports, coordinating all pre-game, post-game, and intermission activities involving the video board, music, mascot, anthem performers, spirit squads, and marching bands.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing and advertising plans (across digital, print, radio, and social media) to maximize season, individual, and group ticket sales for core sports, while serving as the primary lead for Paciolan/Eloqua platforms and Pac Digital advertising.
  • Designs and executes on-campus promotional initiatives to boost fan attendance at both ticketed and non-ticketed events, which includes building, managing, and improving game-day scripts and promotional timelines (run of show) for revenue-generating sports.
  • Oversees the daily allocation of time and talent for interns, graduate assistants, and part-time staff, while driving continuous improvement through problem-solving, tracking annual performance metrics, and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Champions the institutional and departmental mission across public platforms (website, social media, and fan engagement), while leading strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts in technology, creative content, marketing initiatives, and policy enforcement.
  • Trains and mentors student interns, graduate assistants, and student workers, while directly coordinating and improving student spirit groups (including the Marching 97, cheer, dance, Pep Band, and Clutch performers) and leading situational problem-solving to resolve issues.
  • Cultivates positive relationships with the University community, external vendors, and internal departments (Media, Tickets, Facilities, and Sponsorships) to enhance in-game promotions and reinforce the department's mission, while actively participating on committees, researching industry best practices via surveys, and pursuing continuous professional development for self and staff.
