Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert sport-specific coaching and training
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top student-athletes
- Support comprehensive student-athlete development, including academic assistance
- Manage program administration and advancement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with University, Athletics Department, Patriot League, and NCAA policies
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
- Experience as a student-athlete
- One to three years of related experience
- NCAA Certification required
- CPR/First Aid required
