Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in IdentoGO fingerprinting, DMV services, and notary public services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform electronic fingerprinting services for IdentoGO applicants while following all state and federal regulations.
- Verify customer identification and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process fingerprint appointments efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and security of personal information.
- Assist customers with Pennsylvania DMV services, including vehicle registration renewals, title transfers, duplicate titles, license plate transactions, temporary registrations, and other authorized PennDOT services.
- Prepare and process DMV paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with all PennDOT requirements.
- Perform notarial acts in accordance with Pennsylvania Notary Public laws and regulations.
- Witness signatures, administer oaths and affirmations, certify copies when permitted, and complete notarial certificates accurately.
- Answer customer questions regarding fingerprinting, DMV transactions, and notary services.
- Schedule appointments, answer telephone calls, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Collect payments, process cash, credit card, and electronic transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information.
- Ensure office equipment, fingerprint scanners, and workstations are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
- Stay current on IdentoGO procedures, PennDOT regulations, and Pennsylvania Notary laws.
- Assist with general office duties, filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pennsylvania Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience with IdentoGO fingerprinting or electronic biometric systems.
- Experience with PennDOT/DMV title and registration services.
- Cash handling and customer service experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to use a computer, fingerprint scanner, and office equipment.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and capture fingerprints accurately.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
