What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Customer Service Representative position at Quakertown Tag & Notary Service?
Landis Agencies and Quakertown Tag & Notary Service are multi-generational businesses based in Quakertown and Doylestown. Our two businesses are run together with common management and some shared employees. We are looking to add a new team member on a part-time basis in our Quakertown facility. The primary role will be to provide customer service within our tag & notary operation during evenings and Saturdays. The average schedule provides about 12 hours per week.
Our team works together to provide a quality experience for our customers. We believe teamwork is imperative, not only to customer service, but to our employee structure as a whole. We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for serving others, and who can complement our existing team. The job is fast-paced at times and requires someone with the ability to multi-task. In addition, here are some other qualifying characteristics:
- Prior face-to-face customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Genuine, amicable personality.
- Familiar with common office equipment, software and practices.
- Strong PC/Windows and internet skill, with accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.
- Ability to successfully complete criminal background screening.
- Able to acquire and maintain a PA notary license.
- Having experience in the vehicle titling industry is a plus, but not required. We are prepared to train the right person.
- The schedule consists of 2-3 evenings per week and every other Saturday morning. Please do not apply for this position if you are unable to work evenings or Saturdays. You must be available to start work at 4:45pm on weekdays.
