Warranty Manager
Lead Our Home Warranty Team and Deliver an Exceptional Homeowner Experience
We're seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to lead our post-close service and warranty operations. This role ensures every homeowner receives fast, professional support while helping our construction teams reduce repeat issues and costs.
What You'll Do
- Manage warranty coordinators and technicians, scheduling work efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Triage new homeowner claims, set clear expectations, and communicate updates promptly.
- Visit homes to diagnose issues, determine warranty vs. maintenance vs. goodwill work.
- Track, document, and close warranty tickets in Buildertrend and FTQ360 with photos and notes.
- Enforce quality and accountability with trade partners; process recalls or back-charges as needed.
- Maintain warranty SOPs, homeowner guides, and educational materials.
- Analyze trends and share lessons learned with construction and quality teams.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure compliance with warranty terms and regulations.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in residential construction or warranty/service management (production homebuilding preferred).
- Solid knowledge of residential trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishes, doors/windows).
- Strong communication, scheduling, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend, FTQ360, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valid driver's license; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
