LEGO Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent for a major airport roofing project.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial roofing operations, subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality control in active construction environments. Airport or aviation project experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations and subcontractors
- Manage daily MEP coordination
- Maintain project schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with owners, inspectors, airport personnel, and project teams
- Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements
- Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes of work
- Lead field meetings and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
- 10 years of construction supervision experience
- 5 years as Superintendent on commercial projects
- Roofing project experience required
- Airport/aviation construction experience preferred
- Procore or construction software experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
