We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy restaurant environment, appreciates structure and consistency, and has a passion for everything that makes the Front of House experience stand out—from guest service and food presentation to bar creativity, promotions, and fresh ideas that help drive the business forward.

What You'll Do
- Be a visible, hands-on leader during restaurant shifts
- Help create an exceptional and consistent guest experience
- Support daily Front of House operations and shift execution
- Lead by example and establish clear expectations for the team
- Coach, train, and develop employees
- Help create structure, consistency, and accountability
- Recognize problems, take ownership, and find solutions
- Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational standards
- Work closely with our kitchen leadership to create smooth communication between Front and Back of House
- Take pride in food presentation, service standards, and the overall look and feel of the guest experience
- Bring creativity to bar offerings, drink features, seasonal ideas, and promotions
- Contribute ideas for marketing, events, specials, and ways to increase guest engagement
- Support special events, parties, and busy seasonal operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming restaurant
- Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to help us continue improving

- Has restaurant, hospitality, or relevant leadership experience
- Genuinely enjoys working with guests and developing employees
- Has a passion for the entire Front of House experience
- Enjoys marketing ideas, promotions, bar creativity, and guest engagement
- Takes pride in food and beverage presentation
- Believes in structure, organization, and consistency
- Leads through example rather than simply giving direction
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can coach employees while also holding them accountable
- Remains composed and makes confident decisions during busy shifts
- Understands that details matter
- Works well with both Front and Back of House teams
- Is dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Brings positive energy without sacrificing standards
- Wants an opportunity to continue learning and growing
- Is available for a restaurant schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
