Duties:
-janitorial upkeep of facilities
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Able and willing to perform janitorial and cleaning duties
-Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Basic construction trades knowledge
- Proficient in troubleshooting building issues and maintaining set standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
