Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with seating or other information as needed
- Maintain position on post, viewing area of responsibility
- Oversee assigned area for spills or situations requiring staff attention
- Receive and act on complaints from patrons according to established policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred
- Must be able to communicate clearly, have a friendly disposition, and a smile!
- Candidates must be able to stay calm in the stressful and fast-paced environment of an arena.
- Experience in handling conflict in a friendly and effective manner is preferred.

- Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas, including continuous standing and walking, including up and down stairs.
- Ability to verbally communicate in a clear manner with guests, teammates, and building staff.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including but not limited to heights, elevators, darkened theatre, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights.
- Continuous standing and walking, including up and down stairs.
- Varies by show to include days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
