Legendary Laboratories is seeking motivated and reliable Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to join our indoor cultivation team in Spokane, Washington. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality cannabis in a fast-paced commercial grow environment.
Responsibilities:
Plant maintenance and daily crop care.
Transplanting, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and harvesting.
Cleaning and sanitation of cultivation rooms and equipment.
Monitoring plant health and reporting issues.
Assisting with integrated pest management (IPM).
Packaging and post-harvest support as needed.
Qualifications:
Cannabis cultivation experience preferred.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.
Knowledge of irrigation systems.
Knowledge of environmental controls.
Trimming and post-harvest processing.
Knowledge of cannabis nutrients and plant deficiencies.
Must be 21 years old.
