Plumbing Field Operations Coordinator
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
Location: Pinellas County, FL
Legendary Plumber Co. is looking for an experienced plumbing professional who is ready to transition from the field into an office leadership role.
This is NOT an entry-level office position. We are looking for someone with real, hands-on plumbing experience who understands how service plumbing works and can use that knowledge to support our technicians and customers.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage daily field operations from the office.
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting and technical questions.
- Review completed jobs for accuracy and quality.
- Help prioritize and dispatch work orders.
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues.
- Work closely with technicians to improve efficiency and reduce callbacks.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and office staff.
- Keep detailed records using company software and computer systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- Several years of hands-on plumbing field experience.
- Strong understanding of residential service plumbing.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software, tablets, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience leading crews or mentoring other plumbers.
- Experience with service management or dispatch software.
- Florida plumbing license or equivalent field experience.

- Your experience has been primarily office or administrative work.
- You have little or no plumbing field experience.
- You struggle with computers or learning new software.
- You wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative.
