B&B is seeking an experienced plumber who can lead on nighttime commercial remodel projects, work with others, and drive a company vehicle. Position pays between $28 to $34 - depending on experience and skillset of applicant.
The Lead Plumbing Foreman is responsible for supervising and directing plumbing crews on commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects. This role ensures all plumbing installations, repairs, and system testing are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with all codes and project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Coordinate material needs and daily work activities
- Maintain job-site safety and enforce company/OSHA policies
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs to project managers
- Complete required reports, logs, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required locally)
- 5 years of plumbing experience; leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety rules, and installation practices
- Able to read blueprints and manage crews effectively
The position comes with paid time off, vacation and holiday pay, as well as health, vision, and dental insurance. The company pays 100% of vision and dental, and 50% of health (the other 50% gets deducted from your paycheck, if you elect to receive health insurance). A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is a necessity for this position, as you will need to drive a company vehicle.
