About the Role
Ouverson Sewer & Water is seeking a skilled and motivated Sewer Installer to join our team in providing high-quality Cured-in-Place Pipelining (CIPP) solutions for residential and commercial customers. This role involves the installation, repair, and rehabilitation of underground pipelines using trenchless technology or excavation. The ideal candidate has strong field experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and operates with safety and professionalism as top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sewer and water line installations, repairs, and replacements using trenchless lining and excavation methods
- Operate excavation equipment and hand tools to expose, repair, or replace underground piping
- Install and rehabilitate sewer lines ensuring proper slope, alignment, and sealing
- Inspect, test, and verify system functionality following installation or repair
- Read and interpret site plans, utility locates, and job specifications
- Follow all safety standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working condition

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sewer and drain work, excavation, or underground utility installation or similar construction or trades experience (preferred but not required)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to safely operate excavation and job site equipment
- Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
