Front Desk Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Legend Realty is seeking a dependable and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced but friendly environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a great first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
- Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen stock as needed
- Distribute mail and packages to appropriate staff
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms or meetings as needed
- Light data entry or filing tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage tasks independently
- Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
