Overview

As an Inbound Sales Specialist at LegalZoom, you'll be the trusted advisor who helps turn business dreams into reality. We're looking for motivated, relationship-focused professionals to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV, where you'll guide new business owners through their formation journey while building a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

This isn't your typical sales role - you'll work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling!) who are already excited about starting their businesses. You'll consult on our comprehensive suite of services including legal documentation, trademarks, business credit, and website development, becoming the go-to expert who helps entrepreneurs succeed from day one. With our proven training program, supportive team environment, and uncapped commission structure, you'll have everything you need to thrive while making a real impact on people's lives and business aspirations.

This position will be onsite at our Las Vegas, NV office.

You will

  • Manage incoming calls from customers who are interested in our products/services
  • Help clients achieve their business dreams by matching them with the perfect services from our complete toolkit.
  • Build lasting relationships that create repeat business and boost your earning potential
  • Get comprehensive training on all our services so you can confidently guide any client to success.
  • Track your progress and hit your goals using our easy-to-use CRM system.
  • Focus on quality conversations with interested prospects who are ready to move forward.
  • Use cutting-edge tools to manage leads and build strong client relationships.

You have

  • Thrives in goal-oriented environments and enjoys the energy of a fast-paced, results-driven workplace
  • Great people skills and can explain things clearly to build strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and want control over your success - no micromanaging, just freedom to grow.
  • Some customer service experience (retail or part-time work counts!) and genuinely care about helping people.
  • Sales experience required- we'll train you to be successful!
  • Comfortable with technology and excited to learn new systems that will help crush goals.

The salary range for this role is ($33,200 - $53,200) performance-based monthly incentive bonus. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
