This position will be in-office at our Reno, NV location.
What you will do:
- Review client performance and business needs to provide a proactive support in their success.
- Assist in client requests and any issues that arise.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to needs and objectives.
What you bring:
- Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Rep.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
