Qualifications
- Strong background in Law and experience with legal procedures, particularly in estate planning
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough Research and apply findings effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with estate planning software and tools is a plus
- Paralegal certification or equivalent educational background is preferred
