JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Well versed in all aspects of AR personal injury law
  • Litigation experience is highly desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with case management software
  • Professional demeanor and appearance required
  • Daily contact with clients
  • Able to step into a ready made case load
  • Draft legal correspondence
  • Collect medical records & bills
  • Prepare demands packages

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Update clients on cases
  • Able to handle disruptions in your day and re-focus
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Work closely as a team with peer paralegals
  • Can work overtime if needed
