Role Overview
Legal Soft / Practice 360 is seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute social media strategy across both our law firm clients and internal B2B brand presence. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and strategic marketing, managing everything from video editing and graphic design to multi-platform channel management.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts for multiple law firm clients across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars tailored to each client's practice area and target audience
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with client audiences to build community and brand trust
- Provide clients with regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Internal B2B Brand & Content
- Own and grow Legal Soft / Practice 360's social media presence across all channels
- Create and publish thought leadership content, product updates, and company news targeting legal industry decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align content strategy with B2B pipeline goals
Video Production & Editing
- Produce, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content for social platforms
- Create engaging reels, stories, explainer videos, and testimonial content
- Manage video production workflows from concept to final cut
Graphic Design
- Design branded graphics, social templates, ad creatives, and promotional assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all client and company visual content
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and lead generation
- Use insights to continuously optimize content strategy and posting cadence
- Provide monthly performance summaries to clients and internal leadership
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in B2B or legal/professional services
- Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating social-ready assets
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand voice and storytelling
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing legal technology, SaaS, or professional services
- Familiarity with legal industry terminology and law firm operations
- Experience with paid social advertising alongside organic content management
- Knowledge of SEO best practices as applied to social and video content
