A Placement Specialist is a professional who works directly with clients to understand their staffing needs. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm staffing requirements with Sales and Account Management teams
- Source, interview, and vet candidates to ensure alignment with client needs
- Collaborate with Headhunting Team for specialized sourcing
- Coordinate and conduct placement calls with clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and system updates
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and address inquiries
- Track placement results and recommend process improvements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure positive client experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in sales or talent acquisition
- 1 year experience in a legal setting (preferred)
- Experience in international recruitment (highly preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and ATS systems
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
- Solution-oriented, results-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Please Note: This is an in-office position. The expectation is that all work will be performed on-site at our Woodland Hills office.
