We are partnering with a well-regarded boutique law firm in Coconut Grove seeking a polished, capable paralegal who can confidently step in and make an immediate impact. This is a position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and knows how to keep cases moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client correspondence
- Manage files from initial intake through trial preparation
- Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and court deadlines
- Handle Florida state court e-filing from start to finish
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and organized case materials
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly and efficiently
- 5 years of Florida Family Law experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong drafting, case management, and organizational skills
- Prior billing and time entry experience
- Ability to maintain 30 billable hours per week required
- Professional, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
