Growing law firm in Coral Gables seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented person to serve as a bankruptcy paralegal. This position specifically focuses on bankruptcy (chapter 13 and 7) litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent, bankruptcy experience.
Bankruptcy Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience with bankruptcy at the paralegal level
- Experience with Best Case software a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products
- Federal court experience and knowledge of federal law
- Good organizational and communication skills
