Sales Marketing Manager

Law firm seeks a highly motivated, results-driven professional Sales & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our firm’s sales and business development efforts.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing the firm’s sales pipeline, leading a six-person client intake and sales team, and driving measurable growth in new business.

The ideal candidate is a strong sales & marketing leader who understands that success comes from a combination of strategy, accountability, training, process, data, and execution. This person will work closely with the Firm Owner and will be directly accountable for key sales and marketing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

• Take full ownership and management of the firm’s six-person client intake and sales team.
• Recruit, hire, train, onboard, coach, and develop sales and intake professionals.
• Establish clear individual and team sales goals, quotas, and performance expectations.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance and hold team members accountable for results.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop and continuously improve scripts, sales processes, follow-up procedures, and conversion strategies.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action and additional training when necessary.
• Create a culture focused on responsiveness, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional client service.

We are looking for someone who is a sales leader first and an administrator second. You should be comfortable setting expectations, analyzing numbers, coaching people, solving problems, and being accountable for results.

Experience in a professional services, legal, financial, consulting, healthcare, or other high-value service environment is strongly preferred.
