For more than 39 years, Legal Papers Inc. has provided professional process serving and legal support services to law firms, businesses, government agencies, and individuals throughout Maryland. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an organized, energetic Recruiting & Training Coordinator to build, onboard, train, and support our expanding network of independent Process Servers.

Position Summary
This is not your typical recruiting position.
As our Recruiting & Training Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping Legal Papers Inc. continue to grow by recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting our statewide network of independent Process Servers.
You'll become the primary point of contact for our field team, ensuring every Process Server has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to provide exceptional service. Your work will directly impact the company's growth while helping build one of Maryland's strongest process serving networks.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Timonium, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified Process Server candidates through online job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews with prospective candidates.
- Schedule, organize, and lead group interview sessions.
- Coordinate all onboarding activities for new Process Servers.
- Train new Process Servers on company procedures, technology, expectations, and best practices.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, driver's license information, insurance requirements, contracts, and background checks are completed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Process Servers in the field.
- Answer questions and provide ongoing support to active Process Servers.
- Recruit Process Servers in underserved territories throughout Maryland.
- Monitor Process Server performance and provide coaching when appropriate.
- Develop and improve onboarding materials, training manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with the office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with additional recruiting, administrative, and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, training, office administration, operations, customer service, management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable conducting phone interviews and leading group training sessions.
- Confident speaking in front of groups and facilitating presentations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while working independently.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM or applicant tracking software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
