You will be responsible for greeting clients, collecting high-quality fingerprints, and processing background screenings through the state’s LiveScan system.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect fingerprints with precision and strict adherence to FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) protocols
- Operate specialized LiveScan biometric equipment and computer forensic tools
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports of all fingerprint collection procedures
- Maintain accurate records of fingerprint data and evidence logs
- Collaborate with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
- Perform quality control checks on fingerprint images and data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure proper handling, security, and confidentiality of all sensitive biometric information
Requirements
- Prior experience is not required – we provide full training
- Strong ability to collect quality fingerprint and biometric data
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital data collection methods (training provided)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and legal compliance
