We are looking for a driven, confident Sales Executive who knows how to sell value, not just services.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating new leads (with a focus on solo and small law firms)
- Running discovery calls and identifying real business problems
- Presenting Legal Growth Partners’ services in a clear, compelling way
- Closing new monthly recurring revenue clients
- Building relationships with attorneys and referral partners
- Managing follow-up across multiple touchpoints (calls, email, LinkedIn)
This is a high-ownership role with significant earning potential.

You are not new to sales. You understand:
- How to control a conversation without being pushy

- Have experience in B2B or service-based sales
- Are comfortable selling to professionals (attorneys, business owners, executives)
- Can handle objections and reframe conversations confidently
- Are self-motivated and don’t need constant direction

- Are active on LinkedIn or comfortable using it for outreach
- 45K Base salary Aggressive Commission structure tied to closed revenue
- Higher commission for self-sourced leads
