Position Overview
The Event Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple legal conferences and programs. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This position works cross-functionally with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Technology, as well as external clients, vendors, and event speakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and timelines for multiple events and programs
- Maintain detailed task tracking and project management using tools such as ClickUp
- Assist with event registration management and platform administration (Cvent experience preferred; training provided)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, and clients
- Support development and management of event agendas and programming timelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure event deliverables are met
- Communicate professionally with external stakeholders including vendors, venues, speakers, and association partners
- Ensure deadlines, milestones, and operational requirements are met across all assigned projects
- Provide onsite event support as needed
Qualifications
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with project management software (ClickUp or similar)
- Willingness to learn event technology platforms such as Cvent
- Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in event coordination, project management, or administrative support preferred

Job Location & Work Hours
This is a full-time position based in Dothan, AL, with core hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT. This role requires travel, including weekdays and weekends; all business travel expenses are covered by the company.Benefits
