Willow Grove Assisted Living is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional NOC Caregivers to join our overnight team.

We are a close-knit assisted living community where our team has the opportunity to truly know our residents. New to caregiving? We provide paid Home Care Aide (HCA) training for eligible employees working toward their Washington State HCA credential. Previous caregiving experience is welcomed, but we also encourage individuals interested in beginning a career in senior care to apply.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Are comfortable working overnight hours
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Communicate professionally and respectfully
• Are attentive to resident needs
• Are organized and able to complete assigned responsibilities
• Demonstrate patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Take initiative and follow established care plans and procedures
• Are interested in learning and developing their caregiving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and as-needed resident care throughout the night
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Assist with toileting, transfers, repositioning, and mobility as needed
• Complete scheduled rounds and safety checks
• Maintain resident comfort and safety
• Follow individual resident care plans
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain clean and organized resident areas
• Communicate important resident information to the incoming shift
• Complete assigned overnight responsibilities
• Help ensure a smooth transition to the morning shift

Qualifications & Training

• Previous caregiving or senior-care experience is preferred but not required
• Current HCA/CNA credentials are welcomed but are not required to apply
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to complete applicable Washington State employment and training requirements
