The Client Services Associate  role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in financial services. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting clients, collaborating with advisors, and managing key processes that keep our firm running smoothly. With the right mix of training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, this position is designed to help you build valuable skills and grow professionally while making a direct impact on clients’ financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process administrative requests including new account openings and servicing existing clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinate client materials and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage data entry and handle documents with precision
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Consistently uphold high standards of client care

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has prior customer success or client service experience (financial industry preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pays close attention to detail and can manage multiple deadlines at once
  • Is familiar with industry software such as Redtail, Albridge, Morningstar, Envestnet, or NeX360 (a plus, not required)
  • Works independently to solve problems, but knows when to escalate issues
  • Holds a Notary certification (a big plus!)

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check (non-negotiable)
  • At least 1 year of customer success/client service experience preferred (financial industry strongly preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply)
