As the first and last impression our clients have of the hospital, our Client Service Representatives play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and appointments.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate during emotional situations.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
Daily Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with exceptional customer service.
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client questions professionally.
- Schedule appointments and surgical procedures efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians to ensure excellent patient care.
- Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and hospital services.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
- Support teammates throughout the hospital as needed.
