The Therapist is responsible for facilitating induvial, group and family therapy to a caseload of 6 youth. The youth struggle with emotional and behavioral challenges. The position requires leading treatment meetings and developing a treatment plan with an associated Biopsychosocial. Guides all Clinical treatment along with treatment team. Completes treatment plans, Clinical notes, and all Clinical Documentation. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes:
Master’s Degree in social work or counseling. License required, LSW or LAC.
