What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at LEGACY TREATMENT SERVICES GROUP?
Responsible for providing healthcare services for the assigned program(s), including medication administration in accordance with State and DCPP regulations. Comply with standards set forth by the NJ State Board of Nursing and Agency policies. Observe and document residential response to psychotropic and non-psychotropic medications in the Electronic Health Record. Complete APN/Physician orders. Provide on-going nursing assessments and nursing treatments on residents in accordance with NJ nursing licensing standards and Agency policies. Nurse to provide care for youth with IDD, behavioral diagnosis, administer medications evaluations, assist with admissions. Other duties assigned per scope of Nursing LPN license.
Hours:
Full-time, various hours.

Education/Experience:
