Responsibilities

• Assess Vehicle Damage: Use your expertise to evaluate the extent of damage to vehicles and generate accurate repair estimates.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timelines in a friendly, clear manner.
• Business Growth: Help us expand by ensuring high-quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business. Your work will directly impact our success!
• Team Support: Collaborate with Body Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Technician in a collision repair environment.
• Strong skills in repair techniques, welding, and auto body systems.
• A commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to grow and adapt as we expand!
