What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at ProColor Collision USA?
ProColor Collision is looking for an Estimator!
As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair. Estimator will earn a base pay with incentives!
A day in the Life of an Estimator at ProColor Collision
- Review damage reports, repair orders and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.
- Create repair estimates for potential clients according to ProColor Collision and insurance companies best practices/guidelines.
- Ensure estimate follow-up to maximize closing ratio.
- Collaborate with client experience personnel to ensure exceptional follow-up and service.
- Monitor vehicle production in coordination with production and parts departments to ensure timely delivery.
Our ideal candidate is someone:
- High school or college automotive body repair diploma
- 2 Years of estimating experience/sales with a well-known collision repair facility
- Knowledgeable with estimating systems
- Experienced in DRP insurance and DRP programs.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
