Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships.
- Present and demonstrate automatic machinery solutions to customers, highlighting value and ROI.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support installations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial equipment, automation, or machinery.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex equipment and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Experience managing a sales territory and working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
