Warehousing 2nd Shift

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a 2nd Shift Warehousing role in Ponca City, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely deliveries.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to promote a culture of workplace safety and accountability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge is a plus.
