Press Utility

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press Utility role in Woodland, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist press operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
· Load raw materials and remove finished products from press machines safely and efficiently.
· Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications and standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, machinery, and production floors.
· Support machine changeovers, tooling adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
· Accurately document production counts, material usage, and quality information.
· Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or further processing.
· Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
· Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
· Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
· Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment operation.
· Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
· Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed.

Compensation:

· $17.25–$20.29/hour DOE (Depending on Experience).
